If the user is a minor, Galeri Medika Surya is not responsible for the input of personal data by the minor user and encourages parents/guardians to monitor the child's internet usage, so that the provision of the minor user's personal data is given and/or supervised by the parents/guardians as the authorized party.
  6. Galeri Medika Surya is not responsible for any data breaches that occur due to and/or during Force Majeure. Force Majeure in this case includes but is not limited to strikes, company closures; riots, civil commotion, terrorist attacks or threats, threats of war; fire, explosion, natural disasters or non-natural disasters, epidemics or pandemics; the absence or disruption of telecommunications, information technology, electricity; system failures caused by third parties outside the authority of Galeri Medika Surya; failures or malfunctions of banking systems and/or networks; provisions of legislation, government regulations, court decisions. In the event of Force Majeure, Galeri Medika Surya will notify Users no later than 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the occurrence of the force majeure event and will make its best efforts to fulfill its obligations under this Privacy Policy.

J. Subscription to Galeri Medika Surya Email

You will have the option to receive promotional emails from Galeri Medika Surya. If you choose to subscribe, Galeri Medika Surya will periodically send you emails containing information about the latest products and promotional programs being offered. Galeri Medika Surya will only use your email for its own purposes and will not share, sell, rent, exchange, or provide it to third parties without your consent. You can choose to unsubscribe at any time; each email you receive will contain an option to unsubscribe from Galeri Medika Surya's email list.

K. Indemnification

Users will release Galeri Medika Surya from any claims for damages and will hold Galeri Medika Surya (including its affiliated companies, directors, commissioners, officers, as well as all employees and agents) harmless from any claims or demands, including reasonable legal fees, made by Third Parties arising from User's errors including violations of Galeri Medika Surya's Privacy Policy and/or User's violations of applicable laws and regulations in the Republic of Indonesia.


Users agree that Galeri Medika Surya (including its affiliated companies, directors, commissioners, officers, as well as all employees and agents) is not liable and users agree not to hold Galeri Medika Surya responsible for any damages or losses (including but not limited to loss of money, reputation, profits, or other intangible losses) directly or indirectly caused by hacking actions performed by third parties on the user's account.
